Terms & Conditions
Last updated 10 August 2026
Plain English, no small print games. These terms cover using this website and working with me on a project.
Using this website
Everything here is offered in good faith for general information. Examples of past work are shown with the permission of the businesses involved.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. I'll reply with a proposal setting out scope, price and timings, and work begins once you approve it in writing.
Payment
Projects usually start with a deposit, with the balance due on completion, unless your proposal says otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any text, images or logos you send me. You keep ownership of your content at all times.
Ownership of the finished work
Once your project is paid for in full, the finished website design and content are yours. Third-party tools, fonts and plugins remain under their own licences.
Unless you prefer otherwise, I may show the finished work in my portfolio.
Revisions and changes
Your proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before any work starts, so there are never surprise costs.
Liability
I take real care with every project, but I can't guarantee specific business results such as rankings, traffic or sales. My liability is limited to the fees paid for the project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
